This limited edition series of lenses from the Atlas Lens Co. feature 6 focal lengths ranging from 32 to 100mm. A fast T2 aperture and unified focus and iris gears across all the lenses. The build quality is excellent (as with the first generation) and feature the use of all new coatings on Atlas’ special optical reserve glass. Precision air gap tuning of the internal elements give these lenses a unique focus roll off compared to the previous generation. The main feature of the SE’s is their unique “neutral” flaring and streaking, meaning they take on the color of the actual light source, rather than just being blue/green.
